Our client is a leader in Financial Services and is looking for a proactive Float PA/EA to join their thriving team, providing support across a variety of Deal teams.
As a genuine team player, you’ll be a pivotal link in the successful chain.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

* Coordinating busy diaries, organising client meetings, working across an array of time zones
\t
* Global travel arrangements
\t
* Frequently handling last-minute changes
\t
* Handling invoices and expenses
\t
* Organising client entertainment
\t
* Forming strong working relationships with other PAs
The skills you need to bring:
\t
* Previous Banking PA / EA experience highly preferred or possibly blue-chip corporate firm
\t
* Float PA experience a plus!
\t
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
\t
* Team player and a sense of humour
\t
* Positive self-starter
\t
* Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
\t
* Strong MS Office skills
