**OFFICE ADMINISTRATION NEEDED**
**PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITIES**
Here at Pertemps we are recruiting for 2 admin assistantsone being part time and one being full time if you haveadmin experienceand are looking for a new role please do carry on reading and apply we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management
* Answer phone calls, emails, and handle correspondence professionally
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Maintain office supplies and ensure the workplace is well-organised
* Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
* Assist with on-boardingnew employees and maintaining personnel records
* Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Skills & Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred but not essential)
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
