* Location: Peopleton / Pershore / Upton Snodsbury, Worcestershire (Office-Based)
* Salary: Competitive / Negotiable (Dependent on Experience)

Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator / Campaign Coordinator to support our consultancy team across recruitment, marketing, and administrative functions.


Key Responsibilities

* Recruitment Administration & Coordination: Manage end‑to‑end applicant processes using an Applicant Tracking and CRM systems, coordinate high volumes of applications, ensure timely communication, arrange interviews and meetings, format CVs, maintain records and ensure GDPR compliance.
* Candidate & Client Engagement: Act as key point of contact, handle calls, emails, enquiries, liaise with senior‑level clients, candidates and suppliers.
* Marketing & Campaign Support: Assist in advertising roles across job boards and social media, support recruitment campaigns, prepare advertising copy, job descriptions, campaign materials.
* Administration & Reporting: Prepare reports, briefing documents, interview notes, maintain databases, spreadsheets, workflow tracking, support office admin, arrange travel and accommodation.


The Person

* Education: Degree educated or currently studying (min 2:1)
* Experience & Skills:
o Previous Administration Experience (recruitment, HR, or Professional Services Preferred)
o Strong IT skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database systems
o Experience with CRM/ATS systems advantageous
* Personal Attributes:
o Highly organised, attention to detail
o Professional, confident communication style
o Strong telephone manner, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
o Proactive, self‑motivated, initiative
o Resilient, adaptable, work under pressure to deadlines
o Team player, hands‑on approach
* Additional Requirements:
o Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
o Within commuting distance of Peopleton / Pershore / Upton Snodsbury
o Non‑smoker (office policy)
