RESPONSIBLE FOR: The post holder will support the wider community paediatrics team in providing nurse led clinics and will have responsibility for the assessment, intervention and evaluation for an identified caseload of children. They will be an autonomous practitioner working in liaison with in the multi-disciplinary team and partner agencies This will include non-medical prescribing as part of a clinical management plan.
