We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Programmer / Operator to join a well-established bespoke joinery manufacturer delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, retail, hospitality, and high-end residential sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC professional to join a modern manufacturing environment, working on a variety of bespoke joinery and cabinetry projects.
The Role- Program, set and operate CNC machinery for bespoke joinery and cabinetry production
- Interpret technical drawings and production information
- Produce components accurately and efficiently to specification
- Work closely with the design and workshop teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Carry out machine maintenance and routine checks
- Assist with process improvements and production efficiencies
- Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail
Requirements- Previous experience as a CNC Programmer within joinery, furniture, shopfitting or interior fit-out manufacturing
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with CNC programming software and machining centres
- Good understanding of timber, sheet materials, laminates and veneers
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable- Experience producing bespoke joinery, cabinetry or fitted furniture
- Knowledge of nesting software and CAD/CAM packages
- Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Package- £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
