Duties
* Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
* Identify potential clients and conduct thorough market research to understand their needs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
* Create promotional materials that effectively communicate our services.
* Utilise our systems and other CRM software to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and report on progress.
* Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and establish connections.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
* Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
Skills
* Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
