As the Marketing Director, you will lead the development and execution of integrated product marketing strategies that drive market share, customer engagement, and long-term brand equity.
THIS ROLE WILL INVOLVE RELOCATION TO DUBAI.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the strategic planning and execution of product marketing initiatives across key product lines in construction materials.
* Define product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
* Collaborate closely with Product Development, Sales, and Operations to ensure strong alignment between market needs and product innovation.
* Spearhead market intelligence efforts—monitoring trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to guide decision-making.
* Oversee campaign planning, content development, and channel strategy (including digital, events, and trade marketing).
* Manage and develop a high-performing marketing team and agency partners.
* Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
Candidate Profile:
* 8–10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles within the construction materials or industrial manufacturing sectors.
* Demonstrated success in product marketing, brand strategy, and market development.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate technical products in commercially compelling ways.
* Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
