We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant with proven Additional Learning Needs (ALN) experience to join our vibrant team.
Start Date: September 1st 2025
Salary: up to £90 per day (Full Time)
What You'll Be Doing:
* Providing tailored support to children with ALN to help them achieve their full potential
* Working closely with class teachers and SENCO to implement individual learning plans
* Creating an inclusive, engaging classroom environment where every child feels seen and supported
* Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
What We're Looking For:
✅ Experience supporting pupils with ALN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, etc.)
✅ A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to learning
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✅ A genuine passion for education and inclusion
✅ Relevant qualifications or willingness to train

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
