LCV Service Technician Location: West London Basic Salary: Up to £39,000 OTE: up to £46,763 per annum (uncapped) Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week Overview ISQ Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced LCV Service Technician to join a busy and well‑equipped workshop in the West London area. This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys working on a variety of light commercial vehicles and wants to join a team committed to quality workmanship and ongoing professional development. In this position, you'll carry out routine servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and safety checks, as well as support with PDI inspections and used‑vehicle preparation. You'll be joining an environment where continuous training and manufacturer‑accredited development are readily available. What the Role Involves Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on light commercial vehicles. Supporting with pre‑delivery inspections, used‑vehicle checks, and general workshop tasks. Diagnosing faults using modern diagnostic tools and equipment. Completing all documentation to a high standard in line with workshop processes. Working as part of a skilled team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with H&S standards. Hours, Pay & Overtime Basic Salary: Up to £39,000 OTE: Up to £46,763 (uncapped) Hours: 40 per week (Monday to Friday) Saturday rota: 1 in 3 mornings (paid at 1.5x) Weekday & weekend overtime available Overtime used in OTE calculation is approx. 4 hours per week but additional earnings are uncapped. Good organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines. Flexibility to support a variety of workshop tasks. Solid understanding of workshop safety requirements. Level 3 Light Vehicle or Commercial Vehicle qualification.
