We are seeking a talented and well-organised individual to join the Computing and Library Services Second Line IT Services Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting and developing the University's digital environment, contributing to innovative solutions that underpin teaching, learning, research, and professional services.
Educated to degree level, or with equivalent professional experience in a similar role, you will bring strong technical expertise alongside the ability to provide high-quality support and guidance to a diverse user community.
You will be a self-motivated IT professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building effective relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and suppliers. With a genuine enthusiasm for emerging technologies, you will combine problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
Highly motivated and adaptable, you will be confident working independently as well as collaboratively, using all available resources to deliver service excellence and contribute to the University's digital future.
