THE EMPLOYER IS: 21 TRAINING LIMITEDThe successful candidate will support the marketing team to promote training and employability supports to their target audience which includes businesses, the unemployed and those leaving school.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and design marketing assets for use across social media platforms (e.g., graphics, photos, and promotional posts).
* Monitor engagement and respond appropriately to comments, messages, and online enquiries.
* Contact employers to provide information on 21 Training's programmes.
* Support follow-up communications and ensure a professional and consistent approach when representing 21 Training externally.
* Assist in the planning, organisation, and delivery of marketing and promotional events such as open days, careers fairs, and community engagement.
* Represent 21 Training at external events, providing information and engaging positively with prospective learners, parents, and employers.
* Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and learner engagement initiatives.
* Carry out general administrative tasks to support the Marketing team
* Schedule and publish content on our social media channels in line with our marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
* Assist in maintaining employer contact lists and recording engagement activity.
* Support the collection and editing of learner and employer success stories for use in publications and online content.
Skills and Qualifications
* Basic understanding of Microsoft Office in an Administration setting.
* Experience using Social Media platforms including Instagram and Facebook.
* Marketing experience or content creation for Social Media.

* Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
* Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.
* Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
