We are seeking a GMP Trainer who will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and facilitating GMP technical training along with ensuring compliance with applicable regulations through appropriate documentation and approved training content. Job Summary Based on-site in Sawston, Cambridge, the purpose of this role is to support all departments ’ training activities including training curriculums, manuals, teaching aids and practical training for the Production Team in line with relevant regulations. The successful candidate will work within a fast-paced multidisciplinary Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment ensuring all documentation and information is processed in line with these requirements. You will have the following experience/qualifications Significant experience in learning & development within a GMP regulated environment Experience of developing, delivering and facilitating training and training programs Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present training content with confidence and authority. Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise, work under pressure Excellent attention to detail Beneficial to have experience and knowledge of e-learning With our accredited facility in Sawston and new build projects on the horizon, this is a fantastic opportunity to join us and establish yourself as a key team member.
