The roles

We are recruiting for two positions:
EYFS Specialist Role
Ideal for candidates with a passion, interest, and expertise in Early Years—particularly those with knowledge or experience of the 0–3 age range.
KS1/KS2 Role
Suited to candidates with interest and experience in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
Please clearly state your preferred key stage(s) within your application.
We are looking for someone who:
1. Holds relevant qualifications at the level applied for (Level 2 or Level 3)
2. Promotes inclusion and the acceptance of all pupils
3. Builds positive relationships with children and parents, acting as an excellent role model
4. Is committed to raising standards and believes every child can achieve and thrive
5. Works effectively as part of a team and contributes positively to school life
6. Has high expectations for behaviour, attitudes, and learning Is passionate about improving children’s life chances and outcomes
7. A specialist interest or training in early childhood development—particularly communication and language—is desirable but not essential.
