We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tours Manager to oversee and enhance our tour operations. Responsibilities
* Develop, plan, and implement a UK European holiday brochure
* Coordinate logistics for tours, including transportation, accommodation, and activities.
* Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality experiences for clients.
* Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights gathered.
Skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* A keen eye for detail to ensure all aspects of the tours are meticulously planned and executed.
