Nursery Teaching Assistant - Bargoed Area
Location: Bargoed | Setting: Primary School - Nursery Class | Start Date: Immediate Start - 15/09/2025 | Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary (Monday to Friday) | Working Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm | Daily Rate: £88.92 per day (increases dependent on client rate, experience, and qualifications)
Responsibilities
* Provide general classroom support within the nursery class
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities
* Support children with their learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
* Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all pupils
Requirements
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
* Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
* Experience working with young children, ideally in a school or nursery setting
* A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
