We have a fantastic opportunity for an inquisitive and technically-minded person to join our innovative Tech Team You'll be working directly on our award winning eCommerce Fulfilment Software Platform, collaborating closely with our experienced Development team to ensure we deliver the highest quality solutions and advice to our clients and internal teams.
What you'll be doing…
You'll be the main point of contact for internal issue resolution, proactively performing analysis on recurring issues and skillfully escalating these insights to our software development pipeline for timely fixes.
In addition to this, you'll be the core link to our Client Services team, working closely with them to ensure they have the essential tools and platform understanding needed to advise clients effectively.
A key part of your responsibility will also involve diving into the data to understand the type and frequency of issues, creating vital reports that drive strategic improvements and communicating system fixes back to all key stakeholders.

We know that great people learn new things quickly, but we would love it if you have the below experience / skills…
* Previous experience in a technical support role
* You're an excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills
* You're comfortable with monitoring systems and server logs
* Handling multiple queries and issues at once doesn't faze you
* You're analytical and have the ability to identify relevant data and logically interpret patterns and trends
* If you have previous experience supporting a web based platform this would be highly beneficial
