SRG is delighted to be supporting an expanding Biotech in Cambridge who are looking to appoint a Principal Scientist to drive the method development for quantifying polymers and genetic materials loaded in polymeric particles.
They have already created several effective partnerships with pharma and biotech companies to create an impressive research pipeline, with a particular focus on rare disease models.
HPLC and/or spectroscopy methods for quantifying payloads (genetic materials) inside polymeric particles.
with formulation scientists and polymer chemists and provide QC checks for drug delivery formulations.
scientific protocols and SOPs and high-quality lab notebook documentation, and ability to write thorough scientific reports.
plan and execute analytic activities across multiple projects within set timelines Planning your own work and prioritizing as necessary with the minimum level of supervision.
to step in and learn new techniques to support projects.
keep project leads informed of work progress in a timely fashion.
