Abbeyfield The Dales has one mission: Making Time for Older People. We are a care setting for the elderly with sites across West & North Yorkshire and practice these values in our work: Honesty, Caring, Respect, Openness. We are a not-for-profit charity with a family feel and value the contribution our staff make to our residents’ lives.
Requirements
Please note we are only able to accept applications from candidates who have the right to work in the UK and who can reliably commute to the location. Candidates must be able to work the shift pattern shown.
Role and Responsibilities
You will care for our residents as you would care for a family member. Working as a team you will demonstrate person-centred care, promoting independence and ensuring dignity, choice and respect at all times. Abbeyfield provide full training so if you have experience or if you are new to care we would love to hear from you. You will be reliable, trustworthy and hard-working as well as displaying our company values.
A good command of spoken and written English is essential for this role.
Shift Pattern
The shift pattern is:
* 3 shifts 8am to 2pm OR 2pm to 8pm (alternate weekends)
