Overview
This is a key role focused on developing new business and expanding existing client relationships across property management portfolios. You will drive growth by securing new estate maintenance contracts, with a focus on window cleaning services, while supporting client relationships and ensuring a seamless transition for new sites.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate new business and secure new estate contracts
2. Proactively engage Property Managers to promote services and build new client relationships
3. Develop marketing materials and sales presentations
4. Support social media and LinkedIn activity to enhance brand presence
5. Conduct site visits, measure and scope works, prepare proposals and service plans
6. Produce site job descriptions and risk assessments for operational handover
7. Issue written quotes and follow up to secure instructions
8. Attend regular internal sales meetings to report on pipeline and opportunities
9. Liaise with operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new contracts
10. Maintain relationships with existing clients; conduct regular check-ins to identify new opportunities
11. Support ad-hoc projects and business initiatives as required
Required Experience & Skills
12. Minimum 2 years in a sales-focused role
13. Confident delivering presentations and speaking to groups
14. Strong written and verbal communication skills
15. Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills
16. Excellent organisation and multitasking capability
17. Problem-solver who can think on their feet
18. Team player, proactive and positive attitude
19. Full UK driving licence
