Job Title: Payroll & Operations Specialist

Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid)
We are working with a Global Pharmaceutical company who are looking to hire a Business Systems Analyst on a permanent basis working in a hybrid model with 50% onsite in their Hertfordshire offices.
You will work with the Manufacturing Business Process & Systems Manager to manage the full lifecycle of business systems within scope. You will lead the technical elements of the expansion and integration of relevant existing systems within the organisation.
The role:
* Lead the issue resolution, perform investigation & work with internal and external parties to identify and implement appropriate technical solutions.
* Collaborate with the team, business and other IT teams to manage the full life cycle of other systems from initiation, deployment to ongoing maintenance and support.
* Partner with business SMEs and Manufacturing Business Process & System Manager to identify and deploy new use cases for the platform beyond Electronic Batch Record
* Ensure proper documentation to comply with GxP requirements.
