Your responsibilities will include:
* To efficiently complete service technician related maintenance work and repairs to manufacturer's standards
* Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repair
* Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer and industry guidelines
* Fulfil all tasks to the customer's complete satisfaction
* Continually adopt new technology and repair techniques
The ideal applicants will:
* Have a stable and progressive career within a Volkswagen Group workshop (Volkswagen, SEAT, Audi, Skoda and CV) experience – other brand technicians will be considered
* Hold a recognised technician qualification commensurate with the role
* Have strong organisational skills in all activities and ensure that tasks are completed carefully and accurately to agreed schedules for our customers

* Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools and power tools as required.
* Maintain detailed records of all work performed on vehicles.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
* Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively and safely.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
* A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential.
