We are seeking a Senior CRM Product Manager with extensive Salesforce expereince for a global organisation on a Fixed-Term contract.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the roadmap, delivery and ongoing improvement of CRM products and services
2. Gather and interpret user and business needs to shape product strategy
3. Manage and prioritise product backlogs and requirements
4. Oversee testing, training, and adoption of CRM solutions
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
6. Support continuous improvement and long-term system evolution
Essential Experience
7. Proven experience managing CRM products or platforms within a large organisation
8. Strong background in developing and delivering product strategies and roadmaps
9. Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements
10. Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
11. Track record of delivering CRM projects or transformations end-to-end
12. Solid understanding of data and system integration concepts
Must be committed to 3 days on site/hybrid arrangement.
This role can be served as a 9-month FTC or day rate contract (Inside IR35)
