We’re looking for a motivated, experienced Business Development Manager to accelerate business growth and strengthen partnerships across both public and private sectors.
You’ll work closely with our Regional Operations Manager to identify new opportunities, expand our customer base, and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and convert new business opportunities
* Build and grow key client relationships
* Develop sales strategies to increase revenue
* Manage and expand existing accounts into multi-site partnerships
* Pitch new and existing services to corporate clients
* Attend events and stay ahead of market trends
* Collaborate with marketing and design teams
* Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports
About You:
* 3+ years’ experience in Business Development or Account Management
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets
* Experience with Facilities Management, NHS, Education, or multi-site clients
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic skills
* Solid understanding of business and marketing principles
* Confident, ambitious, and self-motivated
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint)
