Job Description
The Payroll Manager role is initially a 12 Month Fixed Term contract and will be Hybrid working- 3 days in Didsbury office /2 remote.Key responsibilities will include:
3. Oversee and manage the payroll function to ensure timely and accurate processing.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and regulations.
5. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to support financial reporting.
6. Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries.
7. Manage payroll systems and implement process improvements where needed.
8. Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to internal and external stakeholders.
9. Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate employee data management.
10. Support audits and maintain payroll documentation.
