Part-Time Receptionist Position
Location: Northwich
Duration: September 2025 - December 2025 (with potential for extension) Hours: 8.30 AM - 12.30PM 3 days aweek and every other Friday with permanent possibilities
We are seeking a professional and welcoming receptionist to join a local primary school team for the autumn term. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a positive impact in an educational environment while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors
· Handle multi-line system and direct calls appropriately
· Manage student sign-ins/sign-outs and maintain visitor logs
· Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence
· Support the main office with general clerical duties
· Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive student and staff information
· Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Ideal Candidate:
· Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
· Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
· Reliable and punctual with strong organisational skills
· Experience working with young people is advantageous
