This is a Fire and Security Project Manager role with a strong bias towards security and integrated systems. You will be responsible for managing multiple live projects at the same time, covering planning, coordination, and commercial control, while acting as the main point of contact for clients and delivery teams. We are looking for Project Managers with experience managing multiple concurrent projects and the full lifecycle of P&L responsibility based within 20 to 30 miles of Birmingham or Chesterfield. Package & Compensation Salary £40,000 to £49,000, depending on technical background Car allowance up to £5,000 per year Long-term, stable role within an established Fire and Security business 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension scheme Healthcare and wellbeing benefits 24/7 GP and wellbeing support Company events and annual employee awards Career progression within a growing Fire and Security division What you will be doing: Managing multiple Fire and Security projects at the same time Security-biased work with integrated security systems Delivering projects up to £500k in value Nationwide project travel, with a regional base Full responsibility for delivery, budgets, and P&L Planning programmes and managing timelines Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers Acting as the main point of contact for clients Attending site visits and surveys when required Reporting progress to operations and senior management What you will need: Background in Fire and Security, integrated security systems, or electrical contracting Experience delivering security-led projects, ideally up to £500k Experience as a Project Manager, Contracts Manager, or senior engineer stepping up Strong organisation and commercial awareness Comfortable managing budgets, programmes, and multiple stakeholders Happy with a mix of office-based work and site visits across the UK Full UK driving licence Able to pass an enhanced DBS check Who you’ll be working for: You will be joining a well-established, multi-disciplinary engineering business that delivers Fire and Security projects as part of a wider in-house delivery model.
