The Opportunity
The Elements Business Growth Team is responsible for all “top-of-funnel” sales and marketing activity required to fuel the company’s ongoing growth. This role will report to the GTM Director and be primarily focused on delivering qualified meetings.
Role and Responsibilities
* Generate meetings through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market our solutions to potential customers.
* Build out Market Maps across different sectors and geographies countries to produce strategic insights for the team.
* Work directly with marketing to discover opportunities from leads, and set appointments from those leads.
* Provide intel to the Marketing team to help shape the focus of our marketing activity.
* Reach out to prospective partners in a compelling way using email, Linkedin, networking, referrals, recommendations, etc.
* Meet with prospective partners (video and in-person) to explain the Elements story and model and assess potential areas where a partnership could be beneficial.
* Log, track, and maintain outbound activity.
* Attend conferences and event opportunities to leverage the Elements brand.
Key Skills
Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
* Demonstrable experience and a track record in a B2B sales environment.
* Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
* Excellent written English, including the ability to produce thought leadership, presentations, reports and other documents, supported by data.
* A good understanding of the differences in appropriate messaging in different geographies.
* Creativity, ambition and commercial acumen.
* Almost fanatical attention to detail.
* Strong familiarity with data, and the analytical skills required to draw suitable conclusions from it.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high expectations.
* Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.

Success Metrics
The key deliverable for this role will be the number of meetings successfully arranged for the Managing Partners and their team. On top of this, we will also track the following metrics:
* Discovery activity: prospects mapped and researched
* Outreach activity: connections initiated
* Engagement: successful conversations
* Success of meetings (number leading to a concluded deal)
* Monetary value of deals originated
