What Future Opportunities Might Involve

What We Typically Look For
Successful candidates for these roles often bring:
For Engineers:
* Experience in control systems, automotive, simulation, or embedded software
* Strong grounding in control theory, vehicle dynamics, or mechanical systems
* Practical experience with MATLAB/Simulink and model‑based design
* Familiarity with HIL systems or real-time control platforms (e.g., dSPACE SCALEXIO, Speedgoat)
* Interest in powertrain, testbed environments, or high‑performance engineering
For Senior Engineers:
* Deeper technical ownership of systems or subsystems
* Ability to design robust architectures and improve development workflows
* Strong problem-solving skills and experience resolving complex test or software issues
* Broader experience with communication protocols (e.g., CAN) and simulation tools
For Lead Engineers:
* Proven leadership in delivering technical projects end-to-end
