Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Business Change Readiness Leader to join their team in Gloucester. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring organizational readiness and adoption of change related to their ERP implementation program.
This role involves implementing change management strategies, engaging stakeholders, and facilitating communication to support the successful deployment of the ERP system.
Requirements:
* Experience in change management, preferably in large-scale IT or ERP projects.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to work onsite in Gloucester.
Additional Information:
EU work permit required.
