Job Description
We're looking for a reliable and detail-orientedAssistant Building Operations Supervisor to support the day-to-day delivery of the Council's contracts. This role is key to ensuring that all works are completed on time, to specification, and in line with performance targets.
What you'll be doing:
* Assisting in the daily operations and coordination of contract-related activities.
* Monitoring ongoing works to ensure compliance with agreed targets and specifications.
* Supporting the team in maintaining high standards of service delivery and contract performance.
What we're looking for:
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
* Experience in contract support, project coordination, or a similar operational role is desirable.
