(With Keyholder Responsibilities)

* Grade 5
* £9,136 (Actual Annual Salary)
Hours of work
* 15 Hours a week
* 40 weeks per year - Term Time Only plus 2 weeks
Working hours
Monday, Wednesday Friday 3pm - 6pm, Tuesday 5pm - 8pm & Thursday 6pm-9pm.
Responsibilities
* Carry out cleaning work to the required standard and as instructed by the Site Manager, leading the team of cleaners to ensure all tasks are carried out to a satisfactory level.
* Secure the site at the end of each day as keyholder.
* Report to the Site Manager matters that may affect work or any other relevant matters.
* Ensure tools and equipment are in good working order, reporting any issues to the Site Manager.
* Attend all essential health and safety training courses as determined by the management of the school.
* Maintain school premises to the required standard of cleanliness.
Ideal candidate
* Ability to move and use domestic and industrial type cleaning equipment (polishers, vacuum cleaners etc).
* Commitment to achieving high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Ability to undertake all the physical aspects of the post.
* Ability to work under pressure at times.
