Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a full-time Accounts Assistant on behalf of a growing company based near Buxton. This is a permanent position offering excellent career development opportunities within a supportive finance team.
Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm Office-based with flexible start times

About the Role This position has arisen due to continued company growth. The successful candidate will join a busy finance department and contribute to its goal of becoming paperless. While initial responsibilities will include handling post, filing, and printing, the role will quickly expand to core finance tasks. The company is committed to internal promotion and offers relevant training courses.
Key Responsibilities

 Inputting purchase ledger invoices

 Reconciling supplier statements
 * 
 Supporting credit control activities
 * 
 Assisting with administrative duties within the finance function
 * 
 Contributing to the transition to a paperless department
Requirements
 * 
 Credit control experience is essential
 * 
 Purchase ledger experience is essential
 * 
 Experience with finance systems is desirable
 * 
 Strong attention to detail
 * 
 Proficient in Microsoft Excel
