TCNUK City Of Bristol, England, United Kingdom
Campus Manager
TCN is more than a workplace provider. We’re a vibrant, creative community with 7 campuses across the UK. Since 2006, we’ve been transforming unloved heritage buildings into inspiring places to work. Today, over 3,000 members, including some of the UK’s most innovative creative minds, call our campuses home, collaborating, innovating, and growing together.
Our team is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and passionate about people, fun, and community. We’re supportive, curious, and always looking for ways to make our spaces and experiences even better.
The Campus Manager is the connector and caretaker of Temple Campus — a role made for someone who thrives on variety, loves being at the heart of a community, and enjoys rolling up their sleeves. One day you might be working with the wider team on exciting fit out projects for your site and approving new leases; and the next you’ll be hosting the summer party and attending a community event.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our members, building relationships, supporting their needs, and making sure they feel part of a vibrant workspace. At the same time, you’ll keep the campus running smoothly - maintaining high standards of organisation, cleanliness, and aesthetics, coordinating building maintenance, and working with Head Office teams.
This role is all about balance: creating an inspiring place to work and belong, while managing the practicalities that make it possible. You’ll nurture connections with members and local businesses, represent TCN in the wider community, and keep Temple Campus buzzing with energy every day in a professional way.
