The Role As our Digital Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of shaping Tenpin's digital strategy, delivering best-in-class experiences that delight our customers and drive measurable business growth. Working closely with the Marketing team, internal departments, and external agencies, you'll take ownership of our digital platforms - from websites and booking systems to CRM and in-centre technology - ensuring they're always optimised, engaging, and ahead of the curve. In this role, you'll champion the customer journey, lead optimisation projects, and use data-driven insights to enhance engagement and boost conversions metrics. You'll also manage a talented team and collaborate with agency partners to maximise the potential of every digital touchpoint.
