Founded in 2019, by 3 hugely motivated entrepreneurs whose mission was clear - business should be a force for good. And by good we mean; we consider people and planet as well as profit. We are very proud to be a certified B Corp!
We currently manage 400,000 sqft of hospitality focused coworking, event, and exclusive club spaces for over 5000 members. We operate across the UK, with offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Milton Keynes with plans to launch additional sites in 2025 (and beyond!).
The role:
Reporting to the Head of Workspace Sales, you will be pivotal to the success of our stunning 100 Embankment site in Manchester.
Responsible for all private office sales, tours and negotiations, you will work closely with our site teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and support to maximize conversions. You will engage brokers and foster those relationships, while driving lead generation strategies to ensure occupancy and retention rates are met.
The bit about you:
You show up every day determined to create impact. You thrive of connection, and proactively build authentic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, both in person and over the phone.
Highly commercial, you understand the steps that are necessary to conduct successful viewings, close deals and ultimately hit monthly occupancy and revenue targets. You are always on the lookout for new opportunities, keep up to date with market trends and continually assess the competitor landscape.
With an exceptional deal track record, (which you can’t wait to share with us!), you will have between 3-5 years’ experience, ideally working in a similar role within the co-working sector.
We are open on salary range, and keen to discuss expectations based on experience andperformance.
