About the Role
We’re looking for a Hearing Aid Audiologist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll manage your own clinics, deliver customer-centric care, and act as an ambassador for Boots Hearingcare. Your role will be to guide customers confidently and compassionately through their Hearingcare journey—recommending solutions from our full product portfolio and ensuring they receive the very best service and aftercare.

Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional, customer-focused service
* Conduct full hearing assessments and safely perform BSA-recommended procedures
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
* Meet appointment and sales targets
* Promote Hearingcare services and generate in-store demand
* Keep up to date with CPD and professional development
Qualifications
* BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification
* HCPC registration (essential)
* 2+ years’ post-qualification experience
* Consistent, high clinical audit results
* Strong track record of CPD and meeting commercial targets
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
