Job Introduction: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership, delivering substance use treatment and recovery services across Lincolnshire from April 2024. The partnership is delivered in collaboration between Turning Point, Framework and Double Impact, combining Turning Point's national experience with Double Impact's lived experience and recovery expertise, and Framework's support for service users with complex issues. The partnership’s Recovery First model integrates lived experience recovery throughout, offering a highly integrated and localised approach across Lincolnshire. Responsibilities
Youll support the management and operations team by maintaining accurate records and helping to continually improve performance. The role offers variety and training, and involves raising and changing prescriptions as instructed by prescribers, generating prescription batch runs, logging prescribing information on client prescribing records, posting prescriptions to pharmacies, completing clinic letters, data input of new client information into the client database, monthly data uploads, generating and processing invoices, health & safety checks, handling incoming and outgoing post, ordering supplies and petty cash.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a confident communicator who can prioritise a changing workload, welcome service users and provide high-quality administrative support. You should be customer-focused with the ability to maintain confidentiality, gather management information and meet deadlines under pressure. You must be an organised, supportive team player with keen attention to detail, strong administration skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel. We value creativity and initiative, and you will be involved in identifying opportunities to improve the quality of our services and the user experience. You will receive extensive training to develop your skills, and our learning culture encourages staying updated with the latest developments in your field to help drive service improvement.
