Belfast Vauxhall - Charles Hurst

Permanent, Full-Time. Competitive basic salary plus bonus

Hours: Mon - Thur 8am to 5.30pm, Fri - 8am - 5pm, Sat and additional hours as required

An exciting opportunity has become available for a driven and talented leader to join our team as a Service Manager at Belfast Vauxhall.

Your role will involve working with our Aftersales team to ensure that our Aftersales strategy is understood, communicated, implemented, and embedded with a key focus on excellent customer outcomes. You will also work closely alongside our franchise management as well as site management teams to drive performance improvement.

* Conducting performance reviews with your service team; focusing on key performance metrics, and identifying action plans when required
* Assessing training and coaching requirements and facilitating necessary training where needed
* Working closely to ensure the correct level of interaction required to achieve desired budgets and performance
* Supporting the Service teams with a core focus on delivering great customer outcomes
* Ensuring the business is focused on the right measures of efficiency, cost-control, productivity, and profitability of the aftersales departments
* Supporting the growth of future leaders

We are looking for a candidate with management experience within the aftersales sector of a fast-paced, proactive motor dealership.

We seek someone with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships and drawing out the best performance from colleagues. A proven track record of performance improvement is essential.
