Responsibilities
- Work one‑on‑one with students to provide tailored support
- Help students achieve a healthy balance between daily living activities and academic tasks
- Improve organisational skills, including effective time management
- Assist students in preparing for deadlines by breaking down assignments into manageable steps
- Support students in managing stress and anxiety related to their studies or daily life
- Guide students in reflecting on their personal and academic experiences
- Boost students' confidence by identifying and building upon their existing strengths
- Maintain close communication with Randstad and report any student concerns promptly
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Requirements
This is a specialist role. You must hold active membership with at least one of the recognised professional organisations at the required level. Please refer to pages 8 & 9 of the specialist mentor qualification matrix to verify your eligibility.
