Job Role: Cleaning Operative
Working Hours: 4 on 2 off, 07:00 – 16:00 (average40 hours per week)
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Location: Port Solent, The Boardwalk, Portsmouth,PO6 4TP
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Overview
Anexciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for an experienced CleaningOperative to join our established team based at Port Solent.
Thesuccessful candidate will be required to carry out a range of cleaning tasks,safely and professionally, to a high standard. You must be able to demonstrategood attention to detail, have the ability to communicate on all levels,provide outstanding customer service and be flexible to cover additional shifts,as and when required.
Duties include:
* Cleaning ofdesignated areas, ensuring the agreed cleaning specification is completed, asper the site instructions.
* Patrollingthe centre, remaining vigilant at all times to ensure any litter is removed.
* Emptying of bins,ensuring recycled waste is disposed of correctly.
* Assistingwith preventing any site accidents by clearing any spills within an efficienttime, ensuring the safety of centre staff and the public.
* Use ofsite-specific equipment, machinery and handling chemicals.
* Remainingflexible to cover duties.
* Contributingto team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Acting as afirst line support to customers and visitors to site, providing a professionaland friendly service.
* FollowingHealth & Safety and COSHH regulations.
* Service Roadduties as and when required.
* Understandingthe needs of our customer, respond accordingly to customer queries and requestsand take appropriate action
* Maintainingprofessional conduct at all times.
