There is an exciting opportunity to join our Ophthalmology administration team.
Shift pattern is Monday to Thursday – between 09:00 and 17:00
An audio typist/ receptionist is required to help provide a comprehensive service to Ophthalmology Consultants, Nurse Specialists, AHPs and junior staff within the busy Ophthalmology Department, as well as supporting the medical secretary. Occasional assistance in other admin roles may be required within the service.
The role of the job is challenging and a high degree of accuracy is required at all times. You will be required to use your own initiative and competency whilst exercising a high degree of confidentiality, and be responsible for scheduling your own workload to ensure typing is done within turnaround targets.
