D365 CE Product Owner
Location: Bristol, England, United Kingdom
Key Responsibilities – Product Ownership Alignment
* Serve as the primary Product Owner for D365 CE/Field Service, ensuring solutions meet the requirements of the business and Product Management teams.
* Partner with stakeholders to define and prioritise requirements that support the full product lifecycle—from design and configuration through to manufacturing and service.
* Maintain and manage the D365 CE/Field Service product backlog, ensuring transparency, clarity, and alignment with delivery goals.
* Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Service to ensure product data is accurate, consistent, and supports operational, regulatory, and commercial requirements.
* Support the implementation and evolution of Commercial and Service Change Management processes in D365.
* Serve as the key liaison with third‑party vendors to ensure their solutions align with internal architecture, security, and operational needs.
Change Impact & Delivery Oversight
* Assess the impact of new features or changes to the D365 suite.
* Translate business requirements into actionable user stories, technical specs, and test scenarios.
* Actively contribute to agile ceremonies, focusing on Commercial, Customer Service and Service‑related deliverables.
* Maintain a strategic roadmap for the business and Product Management capabilities within D365.
* Monitor upcoming D365 platform releases, advising stakeholders on impacts and opportunities related to the D365.
* Drive innovation and improvement in how we manage product data, lifecycle changes, and product‑related processes.
Stakeholder Engagement & Adoption
* Champion the Commercial and Service voices across digital transformation initiatives, ensuring effective change management and system adoption.
* Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions to define business needs and communicate roadmap progress to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with training and readiness teams to ensure smooth adoption of new features and processes.
Qualifications
* 5+ years’ experience in ERP product ownership, digital delivery, or business systems roles within engineering, manufacturing, or product‑centric environments.
* In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Customer Service and Field Service, and an understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing.
* Strong knowledge of Commercial processes and lifecycle management.
* Familiarity with agile practices and backlog management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on detail execution.
