What you’ll do
* Support young people with their daily routines; getting them ready for school, preparing meals and planning activities.
* Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
* Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
* Plan and join activities such as trips to the park, movie nights, and creative projects.
* Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
Where you’ll work
Our home is a 2-bed home in a rural location on the Welsh border with a homely environment; currently one child admitted. The young person attends education and enjoys day trips, football, chess, cinema, pool, table tennis, cooking, and positive interaction and support. Our staff have a nurturing and therapeutic approach and a supportive team environment.
