An automotive component manufacturer with sites worldwide requires a Procurement Manager to lead a team of Buyers whilst also managing their own portfolio of indirect procurement. The ideal candidate will be MCIPS qualified and highly experienced in indirect procurement.

The Role
Reporting into the Director you will have the following duties:
* Developing sourcing strategies for indirect categories.
* Build and maintain strong working relations with key suppliers.
* Drive cost reduction projects without compromising on the quality and service levels.
* Lead and inspire a team of purchasing professionals fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
The Person
Educated to degree level of MCIPS qualified you will have the following experience:
* Previous experience in automotive or manufacturing indirect spend is essential.
* Experience in people management and leadership.
* Ability to lead negotiations and support teams.
