We are delighted to be working with a prestigious and rapidly growing media client who is looking to hire a passionate, proactive & commercially minded HR Advisor to join their dynamic and collaborative HR team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented HR professional to make a real impact within a creative, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality HR advice and operational support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with HR colleagues to advise and support line managers and employees on a broad range of employee relations (ER) matters including performance, conduct, grievances, absence management, and employee wellbeing.
* Provide sound HR guidance to senior leaders, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational priorities.
* Drive and support key HR projects, helping to implement and embed people initiatives across the organisation.
* Collaborate with the central Payroll and Admin teams to ensure accurate documentation and HR systems are kept up to date.
* Liaise with the Talent Management team to support recruitment needs and workforce planning.
* Coach and support line managers in embedding competency-based performance management practices and developing leadership capabilities.
* Contribute to the design and delivery of people management training and workshops as required.
* Work closely with the HR Manager and HR Business Partners to continuously evolve and improve HR policies, ensuring compliance and best practice.
* Support with HR data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions.
About You:
* Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced or creative environment.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and delivering people solutions.
* Confident in managing multiple priorities and handling sensitive ER issues with professionalism and discretion.
