We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join a leading letting company based in Wakefield. This is an ideal role for a highly organized and conscientious Office Manager.

The Office Manager responsibilities include:

1. Performing daily management of the branch.
2. Motivating and coaching a team.
3. Property management, lettings, and sales experience.
4. Conducting routine visits and creating reports for landlords.
5. Preparing properties for letting.
6. Processing invoices, checking fees and finances.
7. Ensuring health & safety standards are met.
8. Providing excellent customer service.

The position suits someone with:

* Excellent IT skills.
* Teamwork ability.
* Ownership of tasks.
* Quick and effective learning.

Hours of work are 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday. The salary ranges from £18k to £25k, dependent on experience. MARLA & NAEA qualification is preferred but not essential. The position is permanent.
