Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to students with additional learning needs (SEN/SEMH) Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons Help pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development Support with one-to-one interventions and small group activities Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment What We’re Looking For: Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable) A calm, patient, and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine desire to help pupils succeed Essential Requirement: You must have, or be willing to apply and fund, an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service.
