Role Overview
The role will focus primarily on commercial transactions, with some involvement in residential property work to support wider client needs and internal collaboration.
You will work with a range of clients including developers, investors, SMEs, lenders and owner-managed businesses, advising on acquisitions, disposals, leasing and asset management matters.

Key Responsibilities
Managing commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals and lease negotiations
Advising landlord and tenant clients on a range of leasing and asset management matters
Supporting development projects, including site assembly and funding transactions
Providing residential conveyancing support where required as part of a broader client relationship
Delivering clear, commercially focused advice in a proactive and solutions-driven manner
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory obligations
Person Specification
Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property (ideally NQ–6 years' PQE, though strong candidates outside this bracket will be considered)
Solid technical grounding in commercial real estate transactions
Ability to manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision depending on PQE
Strong communication skills and a commercially aware, client-focused approach
