I am currently partnering with a global technology and logistics specialist to recruit for an Environmental Due Diligence Lead working across a diverse range of remediation projects The key responsibilities of the Environmental Due Diligence Lead will include: Lead on remediation and environmental due diligence activities across a large and diverse client portfolio. Scope, review, and lead on Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessments. Review and interpret vapour intrusion screenings and health risk assessments to ensure environmental safety and compliance. Oversee the development of remediation strategies and mitigation plans for contaminated soil, groundwater, and building materials.The successful Environmental Due Diligence Lead will have: A degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or Environmental Engineering or a qualification in a related discipline. Proven experience delivering remediation and contaminated land projects, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Extensive knowledge of environmental due diligence, Phase 1 and 2 assessments, alongside vapour intrusion screenings.
