We're proud to partner up with a fast-growing start-up pioneering self-healing concrete technology. Their mission is to build a more sustainable future by extending the lifespan of infrastructure and reducing carbon emissions.
Due to continued growth, they're looking for an Document Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day running of the business. Working as part of a small, ambitious team, this role will focus on documentation, coordination, and project support - helping to keep operations running smoothly as the company grows.
For the right person, this role offers clear progression opportunities to develop into an Operations Manager role as the business scales.
What You'll Do:
* Manage company documents, compliance records, and filing systems.
* Support project teams with scheduling, reporting, and meeting coordination.
* Assist with tenders, contracts, and administrative tasks across projects.
* Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and contractors.
* Help streamline and improve internal processes to support business growth.
* Provide general administrative support across the business.
What They're Looking For:
* 2-4 years of experience in administration, document control, or project support (construction, engineering, or related industry preferred).
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Comfortable managing documentation, compliance, and reporting.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); exposure to project systems/software is a plus.
* Proactive, adaptable, and keen to learn in a fast-paced start-up environment.
* An interest in sustainability and innovation in construction is highly desirable.
What's on Offer:
* Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 depending on experience.
